Orders

1. I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Try checking your spam or promotions folder. If nothing appears after a couple of hours, submit a message via our support form with your order details, and we’ll assist you promptly.

2. Can I cancel my order once placed?
Orders are processed quickly and usually cannot be canceled. However, you may return any eligible items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund, with return shipping arranged through your account dashboard.

3. I received a faulty or incorrect item. What now?
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please submit a support request via our portal with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue swiftly and appropriately.


Payments

1. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure. No card details are stored by us.

2. In which currency do you operate?
All prices are displayed and processed in Euros (€).

3. My payment was declined—what can I do?
If you experience a payment issue, please reach out to your bank or card issuer for assistance.


Shipping

1. Netherlands

  • Free shipping on orders over €120 (includes free exchanges).
  • Orders under €120: €5.95; expected delivery in 1–2 business days.

2. Belgium & Germany

  • Same terms as Netherlands: free over €120 or €5.95 under, delivered in 1–3 business days.

3. Rest of EU & UK

  • Flat rate of €7.95; delivery in 3–6 business days.

4. USA & Canada

  • Flat rate of €14.95; delivery in 3–7 business days. Duties/import fees are your responsibility.

5. Rest of world

  • Flat rate of €19.95; delivery in 3–7 business days. Duties/import fees apply.

6. Shipping schedule
Orders placed before 7 PM CET (Monday–Saturday) are usually dispatched the same day. During busy periods, expect potential delays of 1 working day.

7. PO Box delivery
We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

8. Delivery delays
If your order doesn’t arrive in the expected timeframe, please share your tracking details via our support form so we can help assist.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

1. Return policy
Enjoy a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Return label generation and instructions are available in your account; return shipping may vary by region.

2. Exchanges
Process exchanges through your account dashboard. Free exchange labels are available for eligible regions. You may also exchange items in-store (if applicable).

3. Refund timeline
Once your return is processed (within approx. 14 working days), a refund will be issued via your original payment method. Bank processing times may affect when funds are visible.

4. Late returns
Items returned after 30 days aren’t automatically accepted. Please contact us beforehand if you experience a delay—we may offer a solution.

5. Sale or discounted items
Returns are accepted on sale items when submitted with a valid receipt.


Promotions & Discounts

1. Discount codes not working?
Codes are case-sensitive and only valid for one use. Ensure accurate input and availability on items in your cart.

2. Can I combine discounts?
No—only one code can be used per purchase. Discounts typically apply only to full-priced items, unless noted otherwise.


Product & Stock Info

1. Alterations for flares or palazzos
We offer complimentary alteration of these items by up to 10 cm without affecting their shape. Please wash inside out and avoid tumble drying beforehand.

2. Unsure about sizing?
Refer to our size charts on product pages, or submit a support form—we’ll help you find the best fit.

3. Item looks different in person
Our prints are often handcrafted in small batches, making each garment subtly unique—expect slight placement variations, but the same quality and care remain.

4. Back-in-stock notifications
Join the waitlist on any out-of-stock item, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s available again.

1. Where are we in our sustainability journey?
Sustainability is a journey. We’re actively reducing our environmental impact. For instance, all our cotton is now organic, with ongoing initiatives to transition to ECOVERO™ and recycled synthetics.

Every product page and internal care label details the materials used. Stay tuned as we adopt more eco-conscious fabrics.

3. Where are items made?
Our garments are crafted in Turkey, Greece, Northern Macedonia, Pakistan, China, and India—working closely with ethical and informed manufacturing partners.
